The Restraint Gauge Basic app provides a tool based on gyroscope sensor data.
By using the app, you agree to these terms. Acknowledge the existing flaws of such sensors, particularly on the possible Yaw-drift over-time even when there is no movement.
2. App Usage
- You agree to use the app lawfully and not cause harm to the device, software, or systems.
- The app should not be used for medical or safety-critical situations without verification.
3. Ownership
- By installing and subscribing to the app, the user do not own the right to the installed app.
- The ownership of the app stays with the developer.
4. Subscription
- The app offers paid subscription plans for basic or advance features. These are included but not necessarily available in the installed version.
- Subscription Transactions are handled by RevenueCat and your app store (App Store / Google Play)
- You may cancel subscription through the app store account settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as-is”. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from app usage.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the app or on our website.
